When you arrive on a Sunday afternoon in the busy parking lot at El Torito Meat Market y Taqueria, the first thing you notice is that the line starts to spill the front door. This sight of a chaotic stench, with family members moving in and out of it, can force you to determine that it is not worth waiting and going behind so many people on Tacos. I advise you to stay the course. They came here for a reason and the line moves surprisingly fast. They will observe that the volume of mankind and the number of commands that this place briskly handles is impressive, with most people leaving filled with big bags filled with take-out boxes of Tacos, Menudo and prepared meat. Also note that every customer here is from Latino descending, which means that you have literally stabbed into this market in Mira Loma. Order the 'Taco de Camarón ' (Shrimp Taco) if you are on the front of the line. In fact, order 2 or 3 if you are looking for a meal. On a single white maize tortilla, a large handful of fat shrimps will rest, all slightly dipped with flour before they 're boiled, which leads to a light oily crust, which leads to parts of their firm body. These are 'battered' shrimps, more 'par-battered. I don't think there is a precise culinary term that describes this preparation, but I like it. They have chopped raw onions and cilantro on the taco, and then a topping of a zesty salsa verde from cilantro, chilies, and cleaned nuts of any kind (Pepitas, I guess). The whole thing is a hit in my non-so-humble opinion. I had many excellent shrimp tacos in Southern California, but this was a completely new but wonderful reef on them. I wish the 'Taco de Chicharrón' (Pork Rind Taco) was just as good. The slightly crispy, somewhat chewing bits of Chicharrón inside will remind someone who does not often eat Chicharrón Tacos from Speck bits, except these are absolute hell on your molars, or which teeth you use to grind them away. You can feel that your teeth move in their sockets as you try to chew this stuff, and that can't be good. El Torito Meat Market y Taqueria offers another salsa verde on this taco: brownish, fruity, with a beautiful bright, raw heat. The taco has a good enough taste overall, but the saltiness and stout texture keeps these several large notches served under the superior shrimp taco here. Fried cebollitas and chile toreados are on the side with the tacos on the El Torito Meat Market y Taqueria. Use these on the tacos, or do like me and put them directly in the mouth. As with the huge tacos they accompany, they are representative of the generous portions and the magnificent value that can be obtained from this operation.

The food was delicious, they are Burritos huge. It's like a 5-10 lb Burrito there is no way unless you can just really eat that you finish it in a session, I had to take half of myself home and it was still delicious email remains I recommend this place is a little busy, but it is worth it
