Market Tavern - Reservar una mesa

The signage that was outside the building still says Corner Pub. They have a banner that has been posted for months which is why it has taken me so long to try this place. Is it Market Tavern or Corner Pub? If I am starting with a new brand, new concept, new owners, I would quickly take away anything that had to do with the poor Corner Pub brand that was there prior, especially with the reputation that it carried. That aside, the new market tavern logo is actually really cool and should be all over the place. I ordered the market Burger with fries and diet soda from the bar. It was good. Our waiter was great. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. You walk in and see the case for their dry aged steaks. We got the Market Burger and the Too Gouda to be true burger. They were fine they would benefit from the cook using a little bit of salt and pepper. We asked for both burgers to be medium rare but one came out well done. The fries were perfectly cooked like probably the most perfectly cooked fries I've ever had but again someone should buy the cook a salt and pepper shaker. We tried to get oysters but they were out which isn't totally surprising with the state of things lately so we got the steamers which were supposed to be in a white wine sauce but it ta...

Food is good. Service sucks. They could have increased their bar bill by refilling our drinks but the bartenders were too busy waiting tables to care about bar patrons. Was about to walk out and go closer to home in Chester, where we are always taken care of at Redwoods. Sadly we have recommended this place to friends and family. No more recommendations.

Very disappointing. Has slowly gone downhill. Burger was cold and had to send it bsck. Replacement arrived after everyone had finished their meal. Server was apologetic but nothing came off the bill. Final disappointment was a fee for using a debit card. Really! Won't be back..

I had an amazing time! On St. patricks Day. The food was great. I had a burger with cornbeef on top it was very good. They have 29 beers on tap, 15 large flat screen TVs, and some of the best pub food around. Good times to have here.

So good! Very busy at dinner time but the food is worth the little bit of time we had to wait. Service was good too and the staff are all very nice. Wish we found this place years ago, will definitely be a go to spot now!

Place was busy. Went to watch a game. Food was average. Service decent and the atmosphere was great. I’ll prob check it out again on a week night.

Sarah is a fantastic server. She helped us with recommendations, very knowledgeable about the restaurant. Grouper was delicious.

Best burger I've ever had! Service was wonderful, interior is cozy and welcoming. Live music was awesome.
