We stayed 3 nights in a room with 1 double and 1 single bed. Here is our feedback: 1. The handwashing facility basin was located next to the double bed. With no taps inside the bathroom, we had to use the basin every time someone needed to wash hands or brush their teeth, which was quite disruptive when the others were trying to get some sleep after a long day of activities : 2. As any sensible person would, the first thing we do every time we get inside is wash hands, but unfortunately, there was no handwash, and we ended up using the complimentary soap bar to wash hands! 3. We were fortunate to celebrate a special birthday dinner of my girlfriend Recently. Basically I’m from London and the most attentive service by that Indian girl , she was very cooperative and giving wonderful service for us . I really appreciate the managerial staff and special that Indian girl every one need to be same like her and after that hotel experience I’ll definitely recommend that hotel to my friends in London . This hotel is great, with friendly staff and a pub downstairs that offers inexpensive drinks. The bathrooms in the rooms could use some modernization, but overall it's a solid choice. I would give the rooms a 4, service a 5, and location a 4. The highlights of the hotel are its quiet atmosphere and great value.

The Indian girl working at this restaurant is truly wonderful and accommodating, providing excellent service. She is very hardworking and helpful. The rooms, service, and location all receive a perfect score of 5.
A bit rude ..not very flexible in check out times even when a person was in an emergency situation
