we were here relatiw spontaneously and thanks to the engagement of frau markmann and some luck we thanked a table gott, otherwise we would have missed something. the team around the Markmann pair is super personal. you can say that every 100% desire to deliver a top result: the dishes (and also the special drinks are worth every penny and were really awesome. here it is emphasized to bring the origin of the products closer to the gast, which is really rare. a total of 12/10 we will definitely be back: (original we were relatiw spontaneous here and have gotten a table thanks to the use of woman brandmann and some luck would have been thanks, otherwise we would have really missed. the team aro...

I am looking for a restaurant for a birthday dinner due to the good reviews that the restaurant branders met. Despite the already good estimates, our expectations were again exceeded. super friendly and competent staff with a cook(chew), who knows what is good! in the selection of products to be processed, attention is paid to regionality, quality and sustainability. I really have to say that everything was super delicious. from the appetizer, via the main menu (meat, which can be left on the tonne without spicing) to dessert a pleasure. we look forward to the night!

Was für eine Osterüberraschung am heutigen Ostermontag Exzellentes Essen, gepflegte Getränke und sehr freundliche und zugewandte Gastwirte, die Ihr Handwerk einfach versteht, alles wird zelebriert und erklärt Man hat den Eindruck, bei Freunden essen zu gehen. Ein absolutes Highlight und für mich das Beste an Gastronomie, was ich international erlebt habe. Danke lieber Oliver Markmann , es ist doch schön hier in Kiel, dass der Wintersport auch hier verbindet

we were the first to eat today with friends from the eifel. the chef himself first told us about the philosophie and the meat that was very extraordinary and very good. a delicious rumpsteak has never eaten. we were all 4 absolutely satisfied and satisfied. we will come back with security. is looking forward to new masters. Wir waren zum 1. Mal bei Oliver Markmann zu Gast. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die versprochene Produktqualität wurde in höchstem Maße erfüllt. Kurzum: so gut haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Wir kommen wieder.

Absolut 5 Sterne. Tolle Bewirtung. Sehr aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr gut angerichtet. Beste Fleischqualität. Kaffee und Dessert sehr lecker. Kleinster Kritikpunkt: gerne etwas mehr Rohkost.
