we were here after a long working day with prior reservation. full of joy and with great hunger we wanted to settle at pleasant temperatures in the beer garden.Nee,nee is not! the service(possibly chefin) explained to us that it will rain in the next half hour/soll and that is only served inside, since it had already rained 2x before. on request and begging she did not go.Also pure. hunger! drink and tasty scavengers came soon, only unfortunately much too little for the price. I (wife) was not even fed.Also the service was not particularly friendly. the guests who came to us half an hour were served outside.So unfortunately we only moved half satisfied free of rain.
in principle the service is miserable, very unfriendly - in the beer garden you are treated as srörenfried and in the restaurant governs the incompetence!The prices in the beer garden are for what is offered disproportionate and the one attempt we have made to eat in the restaurant we have difficult regretted.
The Franziskaner beer garden is one of the best known and best known in small, supra-regional and a high-light in Trudering.The host house offers a really good selection with seasonal specialities (also with the beers).With extra-visiting guests I always go there, but also alone or in the family circle.
The food is good, you can't say anything about it. But the waiter is very unfriendly. A sign says “No self-service on set tables.” And then the waiter comes to the uncovered table where we are sitting and says that we are not allowed to sit there because the table is “set”. Well otherwise it's good

This place was just what we were looking for near where we stayed while in Germany. It stayed open late which was very nice and the service was awesome....
the place is beautiful, a typical beer garden with large playground for enfants very pleasant, if the weather and there are parking spaces
