Marten Brewpub & Grill

I read several articles claiming the restaurant was "gluten friendly", but after inquiring about each item, none of them were actually gluten-free. For example, the menu claimed the fried fritters were baked, but they were actually fried, and even the dish guaranteed to be gluten-free contained wheat berries. I would not recommend trusting this restaurant to be truly gluten-free.

The restaurant has undergone menu changes and has new ownership. Unfortunately, there is still no separate fryer available, but the staff is well-informed and there are alternative choices on the menu.

We didn't sample the beer, but the food was good. The service was friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pretty cool. We would definitely return to try other items on the menu.

This place is great! I love the glass windows that showcase their brewing equipment and the industrial vibe of the pub. Don't forget to try the Lager Caesar too.

This was the restaurant I enjoyed the most during my visit to Vernon, with Alexanders Beach Pub coming in as a close second.
