Martin's Thai Bistro

I visited here once a year ago and found the food unauthentic and worse. Not delicious and not good. Roll this week and it has not improved. The green curry was gray, mostly bamboo? and neither sweet nor coconut- the sauce was cleaved, I suspect coconut powder is inadequately mixed or something. The pad Thai of the woman, which is not listed in the menu under “noodle dishes”, but “vegetarian” was best 3/5 she says. I would add that I have never been in any Thai restaurant, a vegetarian Thai pad is served and it can usually always be found among the noodle dishes. Of course. Skip this place only for people who have never eaten Thai or think that today kitchen is a place in France.

I've discovered this place when I was staying at one of the nearby airport hotels in 2014. Food is good and cheap (Seafood Curry glass of wine for 10 Euros) even though the spiciness is toned down for German taste buds (must ask for extra chili next time). The location right in Walldorf's industrial area attracts a wide range of customers: local workers (lunch), hotel guests, and people living in the area. No, this is NOT fine dining, but I'll make sure to stop in here again next time I'm in the neighbourhood.

I had fried chicken sweet and sour with rice and a glass of wine. The sweet and acidic sauce could have been a bit sweeter (lacking pineapple) and the chicken could have been a touch more tender..... But overall the food was very delicious and you can't beat the prices.

I am here many times and I have loved it every time they have both Indian and Thai dishes that are all delicious and quite cheap! You can also order for takeout! Keep the good work, like a place like this in Walldorf!

Beautiful place beautiful stuff authentic Asian food, feel like in Asia, cool people, fantastic garden in summer.
