A great breakfast and lunch. We knew we were in the right place when we entered the door. Old fashion chairs and tables, funny sayings at the door and a friendly seat wherever you like greeting. This type of places usually at breakfast so that is what we ordered. My wife had the meat Combo Omelet with homemade cookies and domestic frits. She almost licked the plate clean. I had land Fried Steak and eggs, with rye toast and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were well seasoned, the eggs were perfectly cooked and the severity was homemade in the land fried steak. good coffee and friendly service round our meal.

Updated 29. Sept. Lunch with extra crispy roasted chicken. Also excellent. 8 *s. Fantastic breakfast, even better service, in a hidden family place. Great coffee. How did I not eat here yet? PS The sweetest pepper shaker holder. I chose the table with the gas pump Route 65. Next to the smokey of the bear, opposite the alligator. I'm often back. NOTE: Monday closed for summer.

This is the restaurant we were looking for. Absolutely felt like 30-40 years ago or more. Like a mom and pop. Of course the service and the food also fantastic. Look at this, it's really a best secret in this area. I think you'll be happy you did it.

They open at 6am. I got there at 6:04 and there were already 5 tables! Service was well rhythmic and efficient with just 2 servers. I got the corned beef hash and highly recommend.

The people and place is absolutely amazing! Great food! I will definitely be back! Your chief salad is huge!!
