They're an incredible value for the amount of food you receive! I also appreciate that many of their dishes come with a house salad (the dressing is delightful) and miso soup. The menu is quite extensive, making it perfect for groups since there’s something for everyone.

I had dinner at Maru Korean Cuisine Sushi and was thoroughly impressed. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect 5 out of 5, and the service was equally excellent. The atmosphere made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Their menu offers an extensive range of options, including many vegetarian dishes, which I highly recommend. Bibimbap is a standout dish that you shouldn’t miss. Overall, Maru Korean Cuisine Sushi delivers top-notch quality at a reasonable price of $20–30 per person.
Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the bibimbap with vegetables, short rib, and an egg, served in a hot stone dish. Everything was delicious and served hot, and the rice became perfectly crispy as I ate. The house salad was fresh, featuring a mix of spring greens and Romaine with a variety of vegetables, and the dressing was excellent. I highly recommend the barley tea as well. Overall, I’d give this place a 10/10 and would definitely recommend it!
Fantastic. Got the bibimbap with the veggies, shortrib and egg. Unbelievable. Hot stone bowl, everything is deliciously hot, the rice gets perfectly crispy as you eat. Also house salad was fresh, mix of spring greens and some romaine, with veggies and thedressing was awesome. Also highly recommend the barley tea. 10/10 would recommend.

I dined in for dinner at Maru Korean Cuisine Sushi, spending about $10–20 per person. The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, also a 4. However, the service left much to be desired, rating only a 2.
The tempura vegetables were delicious and perfectly crispy. The salad, miso soup, and tonkatsu were all tasty. The sushi bento box was a great deal; we ordered two and left very satisfied! The sashimi servings were plentiful.
A very nice first visit (and first experience of a Sushi restaurant). Service was very attentive and food was plentiful with good portions and a variety of flavors. Plates were well presented as well.
I really enjoyed the spicy bastards and the mackerel. Additionally, the variety of side dishes is impressive, making it a great value for the delightful flavors you get.
