Mary Ann's Mexican

Mary Ann 's Mexican in Port Chester is such a lovely little gem. Their slogan is all homemade and you can definitely taste the truth in this! We sat outside in the patio/garden area that was quaintly decorated with string lights and flowers and enjoyed a nice breeze (not a great view, just the parking lot across the street) but regardless a very comfortable spot to sit. We tried their lobster guacamole tostada special (a steal for under $8) and it was delicious! The lobster was definitely cooked in house and well seasoned, guac was great! On Cinco de mayo I could not get ahold of them via telephone to place a pick up order, ended up finding them on Doordarshan, I place the order and went to pick it up around 6:30.....order was canceled. They let me know at the restaurant that they stoppeddoing doordash orders at 4pm and their tablets were all off. Very frustrating that the order went through and got as far as mewalking in and seeing it canceled as soon as I got there. Wish they would've just picked up their phones.

Great atmosphere, good service and drinks but the food was really lacking. Out of everything we ordered only the guac was ok. We tried a variety of tacos and none were good. (yes I understand these aren't street tacos). My daughter didn't eat her chickenquesadilla 1st time ever. I dine around Portchester all the time and expected better, especially for Mexican food,.

Went to Mary Ann's for a lunch on Sunday and the service was wonderful. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and delicious. We got the frozen margarita and red sangria (so good). Can't decide what's worse, the food or the service. Total chaos as far as service goes. No clue in how to serve diners. The food was atrocious! Slop at best. Stay away.

We have not been to Maryann?s in awhile and had a wonderful experience. Our server Anthony was extremely attentive and friendly and the food was delicious.
