Mary Brown's Chicken

It had been a while since our last visit to Mary Brown's, so when we saw one near our doctor's clinic in Vaughan, we decided to stop in since our stomachs were growling just before lunchtime. There was plenty of parking, and the location was quite convenient. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so we had the freedom to choose our seating. We ordered two sandwich combos, and the staff was polite and accurate with our order. The food was served hot and fresh, with a pickle on top that reminded us of how much we had missed it. However, I took off a star because we couldn't find a clean table. Overall, I would definitely stop by again in the future.

This was my first visit to Mary Brown's Chicken, and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was exceptionally helpful and quick. The cashier greeted us with a warm smile and courteously answered all our questions, making us feel right at home. I noticed that both staff members worked diligently to keep the diner clean after customers left, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and wow, everything was hot and delicious! The restrooms were easily accessible and very clean as well. If you’re passing through, I highly recommend stopping in to enjoy some tasty food!

I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I arrived at 10:50 PM and encountered an unacceptably rude attitude from the woman working there. She explained her behavior by saying they were about to close. That's fine, but if you don't appreciate my $60 order, I can easily take my business elsewhere. I'm sure I can find a place that values my patronage. The staff were extremely rude, and I'm very unimpressed, especially when I compare it to the excellent service I've had at the Yonge and Bernard location. The difference between the two locations is striking.

Someone should definitely give this guy a raise! I just saw him handle some incredibly demanding customers who were being quite difficult, but he remained calm, delivered their food to the table, and behaved like a true gentleman. The restaurant was immaculate and spotless. From the right corner, it’s easy to catch a glimpse of the kitchen, and I was impressed by how clean it was. Since this is a new location, everything is really well-maintained. Mondays are especially great because the fantastic chicken sandwich is only $4! Reserva una mesa ahora

I also tried their cinnamon bread with chocolate dipping sauce for just $2, which was an amazing combination! The manager was very welcoming, greeting everyone and asking about our experiences. The staff, although mostly new, were incredibly friendly. I did have a little mishap when my plastic fork broke while I was eating the chicken, but honestly, who eats chicken with a fork anyway? :P Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I've been ordering from this restaurant for a couple of months now, and I've never been disappointed. The chicken always tastes fresh, and the prices are reasonable. Today, I requested a couple of extra packets of ketchup, and they sent me 10! This is definitely the best place to order fried chicken. 5 stars!

Fresh and crispy – much better than Popeyes and KFC. It’s definitely on the premium side. They also offer a drive-thru, which is convenient. I’ll definitely go back when I’m in the mood for fried chicken. The potato wedges seemed mostly blanched and only lightly fried, but they were quite good.

The main issue with MB lies in their corporate management, as well as their overall food quality, pricing, and menu options, to name a few concerns. This company and its products do not have a competitive edge compared to KFC or Popeyes. I wish MB the best of luck moving forward. Reserva una mesa ahora

I enjoy this restaurant. The staff and management are excellent. However, I can no longer dine here because the chicken is no longer Halal—please check Mary Brown's website to verify this. The other locations in the area still offer Halal options.

This Mary Brown's location is fantastic! There's plenty of seating, and the cleanliness is well maintained. The chicken is always delicious! Dietary note: all the chicken served here is Halal.
