This restaurant is a fantastic spot with amazing food! The menu offers an impressive variety that goes far beyond typical chicken and fries. I highly recommend trying the new Honey BarBQ chicken—it's the best chicken fry I've ever had! I also loved their seasoned potatoes and Chicken Twist Buffalos. The dining area was clean, the restrooms were regularly maintained, and the overall organization of the place was impressive. The owner-manager personally brought our food to the table, and both the service staff and the manager checked in on us at different times to make sure everything was satisfactory. This was one of the few times we've experienced such attentive service at a fast-food restaurant, especially for dine-in customers. We have been to this restaurant several times, and I’m pleased to say that the food is incredibly tasty and packed with flavor. We've been visiting the location at 152 and Highway 10 for the past couple of years, usually every couple of weeks, and we've never been disappointed! The customer service is excellent, and the food is fantastic! Everyone in our group loves it, and it stands out from other places we've tried. The chicken is perfectly cooked every time—halal, not greasy, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning and a variety of flavors to choose from. Plus, every Monday they offer sandwiches for just $4.99, which is an amazing deal! I wish I could give it more than five stars, but that’s the maximum allowed on Google. Highly recommended!

The chicken was cooked to perfection—moist and well-seasoned. The tater fries were also just right—not too greasy and nicely seasoned. There is a wide variety of dipping sauces to choose from, which is a great touch! The two girls at the front were incredibly welcoming as we entered. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making sure that all customers are well taken care of. They are knowledgeable about the menu and offer great monthly deals. Like many Mary Brown locations, this one has a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere. I appreciate how relaxed I feel here, especially since it’s not as crowded as other fast food spots. The food is, of course, delicious, particularly their Mary Brown burger. The bun and chicken are of the highest quality—far superior to most fried chicken places. Personally, I prefer their burgers and sandwiches over the chicken. The chicken is perfectly crunchy and juicy. The service was quick as well. To top it off, the girl working at the front on Saturday evenings is really attractive.

I wish I could give a negative rating. The woman at the front desk, Navjot, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She openly stated that she doesn't care about the customers and that the restaurant isn't paying her extra to be polite. She said, “I’m giving you your order, but I don’t have to be nice to you.” The customer service was terrible, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. She even resorted to name-calling, murmuring curse words and calling me ‘****’. It’s a real shame for such a good food chain.

Navjot and Shrut delivered outstanding customer service. The food was of excellent quality. Fahad, the owner, is doing a fantastic job managing the franchise. I was highly impressed! I would love to visit again.

This is my favorite Mary Brown's location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they work quickly. I really enjoy their spicy Big Mary and pickle chips.
