I was in the Pembroke drive thru this morning 10/14/20 behind a pickup truck with a golden lab sticking its head out of the back window. The Marylous employee proceeded to give the dog a treat while the dog licked her hand all over. Then she went back into the window space and retrieved another dog bone treat. Her hand was licked again by the dog while she patted and scratched the dog's fur. The truck left and I proceeded right up to the window. The employee was still in the window space touching the top of my coffee to make sure the lid on the top of the coffee was secure. She did not wash her hands after being licked by the dog numerous times because she was still at the window seconds aft...
This coffee is nothing short of addictive! Living in Worcester County, I had heard all about MaryLou's, so I had to give it a try. I started my morning with the Rocky Road, and it was so delicious that I returned in the afternoon for the French Toast flavor, which was equally fantastic. MaryLou's sets the standard for what coffee should be. They don't just meet expectations; they exceed them. You really need to expand to Worcester County because it doesn't seem fair that only the South Shore and Rhode Island get to enjoy this amazing coffee!
The hot chocolate here is absolutely amazing! I'm not really into coffee, but I notice that tons of people come here every day, mostly for their coffee, so it must be great. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was ready in under a minute. I added some extra cream and sugar, and it was fantastic—way better than the Dunkin' nearby where I have to wait eight minutes just to get half of what I ordered for a much higher price. Great job, everyone! I will definitely be back.
This place is fantastic! The drinks were excellent, and they were very accommodating to my needs as a type one diabetic. They offered sugar-free Red Bull options, and the kind lady even shared the sugar content of the syrup used in their drinks. I've found that most places aren't as considerate, so this really meant a lot to me.

I'm probably one of the few people who don't drink coffee—it's true! However, every once in a while, I stop by this place for a breakfast sandwich: sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. It's delicious and prepared quickly. Another plus is that they open at 4:00 A.M.
The coffee here is exceptional. The staff is not only beautiful but also dedicated and efficient. They ensure that the lines keep moving smoothly. It's truly a great experience.
