"I placed a takeout order and waited for 30 minutes. Customers who arrived after me were able to order and leave before my order was ready, despite the fact that I had only ordered bread. When the cashier saw that I was still waiting, he informed me that my order was being cooked in the oven. However, when I later arrived at my destination, I discovered that my order was cold and did not appear to have been freshly cooked. I was very upset, but did not have the time to return the order.
