I love this restaurant for its no-nonsense food. They serve the best and freshest hash browns in town. I usually come here for breakfast, no matter the time, but their burgers are also delicious. I am glad that they have not tried to be too fancy. I really enjoy the laid-back atmosphere at Mary's. I recently dined here alone on Saturday, and the waitstaff was still very attentive, even though the restaurant was not busy. The staff and chefs are wonderful, making this a great local spot. I truly love my town.
We had the Carne Asada breakfast and added the Cinnamon Roll to have with our coffee for an appetizer, it was so large were had to box it up so we'd have room in our tummys for our breakfast. The food isn't the only thing great about this place, the owner House has such a warm charismatic personality that makes you feel more like family than a customer. His staff are equally as friendly accommodating. You'll never regret stopping by. Our next meal there will be for their infamous Chicken n Waffles!
We visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning because it was located near the ocean, had great reviews, and coincidentally shared the same name as our mother, Mary. We were very happy with the generous servings, tasty food, and friendly staff. Our server, Alicia, was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us. If we ever find ourselves in Oceanside again, we will definitely return to this restaurant. Thank you!
I’m from Flagstaff Arizona, we have a place called Mike and Rhonda. This serve the food that is the same style and environment is friendly too. We have Fish and Chips, but I’m sure Mary’s has the advantage yeah!! But enjoy my food on the west coast.
