During our stay at a hotel in Suisun City, we decided to order dinner from Mary's Pizza Shack. The manager, reportedly named Jasmine, took our phone order, and our food arrived about 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, we found that there were no forks or utensils included with our order. The fettuccine we received was overloaded with onions, which we had to remove. When we called the restaurant for assistance, we were told that our order had been taken correctly, but the fettuccine was not prepared the way we requested. The service was great when I picked up my pizza, and they were quite quick to prepare my order. My salad was good, but I ordered the Napoletana, which is supposed to come with a layer of diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, and topped with mozzarella. I requested no tomatoes, but what I received was just a plain cheese pizza with none of the other ingredients. It was overcooked and dried out, and it cost me $20.75. I also ordered a Medium Mary's combo with added onions, which was just okay. This is my third time ordering pickup from Mary's Pizza Shack. While their pizza isn't particularly good, it does have a level of consistency. They've managed to burn the crust while leaving the center undercooked. Despite the food being pricey for the quality and not very impressive, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant has a fun atmosphere. I probably won’t be returning anytime soon; donating to this local business might be a better option. Update: I sent a follow-up email as requested eight days ago but haven’t received a response. I suppose I might have overrated the service as well.
The service was fast and excellent. We ordered the Mary's salad, lemon pepper chicken wings, and a medium pizza. The salad was tasty, but the wings were outstanding—absolutely the best I've ever had! We initially thought they missed two toppings on our pizza and didn't want to make a fuss, but it turned out they gave us the wrong pizza. Thankfully, they allowed us to take the correct pizza home, which was very kind. We'll definitely be returning.

I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with a side salad and a Diet Pepsi. I’d rate the Parmigiana 4.5 out of 5, and the service from Joshua was excellent—5 stars. He was very attentive and always kept my drink topped up. The staff were friendly and polite. There were no COVID restrictions in place.
Children have the opportunity to make their own pizzas, which is truly wonderful! Few places offer such a unique experience. The food is comforting and homely, giving you a reliable sense of what to expect with every order.
