We arrived by kayak. We hung our kayak at the pontoon and we were welcomed as we were in sports and anti-UV outfits. The "discovered oysters" dish was a delight with 5 different ways to know how to do it. It's worth the detour. We were attracted to the woody atmosphere. In the end, I think we will return. The service is very nice. The cook is very attentive. Thanks for the good time. Nice continuation. See you next time.
We arrived by chance by kayak and the welcome was very nice despite our outfit. The discovery of oysters in 5 ways is a wonder! The dishes are neat and the presentation is superb. The place is an authentic place of production and is tastefully decorated. Thank you for these tasteful discoveries. I reconciled myself with the oysters thanks to you. I strongly advise the place.
Pist of mussels, gratined mussels and brasucade: everything has been delicious. All this with local wine. Great tasting, a delight. The pleasure of tasting, a breathtaking view of the pond of Thau, and the pleasure of listening to the owner of the place answer our questions with a lot of passion about his occupation of ostreiculturist.

A very nice time to taste delicious oysters with a glass of Picpoul. The welcome is at the top, the frame is wild/harmful as you love with a few flowery touches that tease the eye. We had a great explanation of a oyster’s life journey. We'll come back for sure!
