I wish I could leave no stars because what was supposed to be a night out for a friend’s birthday turned into a very embarrassing experience. Upon arrival service was very slow while we waited to place our order. We noticed that people that arrived after us were already being served their food while we were still waiting for our drinks. I don 't know how this establishment managed to receive 4.5 stars rating because it is the least attentive and unprofessional establishment I have ever visited. Their customer service was not as friendly as it would be at other restaurants. We were greeted in an aggressive and unfriendly manner, and we had to wait a while before our food arrived after placing our order. Even after we received our food, they did not follow up with us to see how we were doing. This is our home sushi restaurant. My girlfriend and I visit here regularly. The staff is extremely friendly. The owners are very involved and check the customer satisfaction regularly. I highly recommend their apps and cocktail. There sushi is fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.Food: 5/5
