Masa Sushi Japanese Cuisine Gilbert

We had a party of five and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinners. Starters were gyoza and shrimp veggie tempura. Both were good. Next my wife and youngest daughter had fried rice which they loved, my other daughter had udon. My niece and I had sushi. The sushi was excellent…rolls and maguro were fantastic. I really enjoyed the Hawaiian roll and the Masa Maki special roll.Service was EXCELLENT! On a Saturday night, orders were taken quickly, drinks were never empty before we had refills and the level of attention was just right.To top it off, we got our photo put on the wall.We will be back!

I went here for the first time recently and I was excited to go but I think I ordered the wrong dishes. I didn't love anything I ordered. The fried calamari was oily and chewy, the sauce that came with it was way too sweet for me and the baked sushi dish I got was also really sweet.The service was good though. The place was clean and had a nice ambience. They have outside seating as well.I want to go back and try something different to see what its like because they have a huge menu.

I love how efficient the staff is. I received my food quickly and the Caterpillar Roll was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back in the future.Edit: Came back for lunch. The lunch bento was amazing.Parking: About four general use spots and two handicap spots right outside the front door. There is also a pretty good sized parking lot

I love the sushi at Masa. We always have to get the popcorn lobster roll (California roll topped with deep fried langoustine with a sweet sauce on the top) in addition to others. Have really liked any roll I’ve tried there. Check it out!Food: 5/5

Always a great place to stop with family and friends. Casual atmosphere. Super fresh sushi and creative roll options.Kid-friendliness: Children seem welcome there and really enjoy the bento boxes and Katsu.
