Our experience at this restaurant was disappointing from the beginning. The service was odd and only got worse as the meal progressed. The waiter never checked on us after taking our order, and the kadahi paneer was initially served without salt. When we requested it to be properly seasoned, it came back overly salty and inedible. Throughout the meal, we had to wait for service, and it was only when we got up to find someone that the bartender offered us water. After receiving multiple recommendations from friends, we decided to try out Masala Art. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the service and the food. The service was slow and inconsistent, with the waiter taking over 10 minutes to attend to us after being seated. The hostess was also unfriendly and did not greet us upon arrival. The food took a long time to arrive at our table, and when it did, we found the quantity and quality to be lacking. The dishes all had a similar taste and were not spicy at all. Chicken Tikka was tough and like Rubber, Paneer dish was cold used Frozen Paneer tough, Staff wasn't knowledgeable about the food and beverages in Menu. Never offered dessert, Water was filled at the Table in glasses in prior to our arrival, Water has No ice and was very room temperature, Server never offered or ask for Spring or Fizzi water Never appreciate or any one said Thanks for the visit at their restaurant. Over all Bad experience. Restaurant wasn't busy had only Two other Tables but staff pretend like very busy for Nothing, Had no time for Hospitality. We would never ever go again there or recommend any one.

The Indian food here is authentic and delicious, the staff is warm and welcoming, and they have buffet options! We got take out, but the buffet looked good when I walked past it! I can highly recommend everything we tried: chicken tikka, Chana masala, palak paneer, daal makhani, vegetable samosas, and garlic naan. There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant. We used to really like the food at Masala Art, but lately the quality and flavor have been inconsistent. The food doesn't taste fresh. They have a creative menu with some great dishes, especially from the tandoor, but it's hit or miss.

Had another awesome dinner at Masala Art and the Chicken Tikka Masala was perfect and the service was extra friendly. Definitely going back again soon for more!
