Masala Hut Indian Takeaway

This was the first time ordering a takeaway meal from the Massala Hut and the last! Possibly the worst Indian meal I have ever tasted. The Onion Bhaji starter was overcooked and frazzled. Almost broke my teeth biting into it! The accompanying salad was very small but okay. I opted for a chefs speciality called Chicken Exotica. It was 'special ' in that it was loaded with sugar and the consistency of the sauce was that, of baby food. Just 6 small pieces of chicken in it! My wife had King Prawn Biryani which, to be fair was very good. Plenty of King Prawns in it and not at all chewy. Ordered the other day, delivery didn’t arrive when showed ‘delivered’ so I went outside and found the delivery man who said he couldn’t find my house so he gave my food to a random person??? Ordered again tonight and food did not even arrive. So far I have waisted £30 on both orders. Will not be using this service again Would give 0 stars as never even received my orders but can’t score lower than 1

I placed an order through the app, but was informed that it would be 40 minutes later than originally expected. I ordered the balti, which was supposed to come with naan bread, but unfortunately there was no naan included. It will be some time before we decide to order from this restaurant again, as the last time we tried Chinese food from here, there were also issues.

The delivery service at this restaurant is terrible. My order was picked up but the delivery driver's signal was lost and my food never arrived. When I called Rishis restaurant for help, they refused saying it was not their responsibility once the food left their establishment. We were unable to contact the driver or Just Eat for assistance. This place only deserves compliments, not hate from others who don’t like change. I’ve not had any issue with MasalaHut in rushden, I’ve been using them for like 8 years and they’ve been in the game for far longer. You’ll still be getting my custom despite those who put nasty reviews to demotive the owners and their team.

Regularly order from here and am never left disappointed! Food is always cooked fresh to order, great portions and friendly staff! Discounts for collection and free Bombay potatoes on orders over £16 Highly recommend!

Food is always cooked from fresh ingredients, with good sized portions. I think that this is one of the best Indian takeaways I have ever used! Give it a go. You will not be disappointed!

The Peshwari naan was absolutely delicious! The curries were perfectly prepared. This restaurant is the best I've ever visited! I wish I could eat here every night! Reserva una mesa ahora

Been here many times and the food is wonderful in our opinion. You would have to go a very long way to beat the cooking of these chaps.Love it.
