We waited for the salads to arrive more than half an hour after the lunchbox was already here and you simply didn't bring them. The girl who came to deliver said that in 10 minutes she would be here again. This lack of organization and communication between you causes the service to decline more and more, the product is good, but the service and commitment to the customer is horrible. Was payment made and receipts shown when the lunch box was delivered, or do you deliver the food without the customer paying?
