The first time I ordered from Master Pizza Carlstadt NJ, the experience was amazing. However, the second time, they messed up my order. I ordered Pesto Pasta with 6 pieces and paid extra, but I only received one shrimp. There was nothing they could do about it. Tonight, the third time, they gave me an entirely different order called Christian and still couldn’t fix it. I’m not expecting any compensation. The staff seemed disorganized and rude. They really need to improve and get their menu and service together. No thanks.
Very poor experience. I ordered a custom salad. Although there was no line, it took the girl a very long time to make my salad. I paid extra for the avocado and I saw her take the half avocado out of the fridge and it was brown. She threw out most of the avocado and sliced up with what was left. She left me with practically nothing. I tried asking her questions but she spoke zero English. Salad tasted decent at best. Very unhappy with the experience.
Can agree with past posts that say the customer service here is bad. Place was nearly empty except for one table. Was ordering when the girl literally walked away then we were left wondering if our order was even heard. Three employees present. The air is dense here. Was pretty hard getting their attention to pay and was not handed a receipt instead he just balled it up. Pizza was fine tho.
We order from Master every Friday the pizza is great, the online ordering is a breeze and it?s so easy to customize what we want. A special shout out to the staff who happened to notice I accidentally reversed the toppings on our usual order and let me know so we could correct it. (Saved me from some angry teen eaters! My family loves Master Pizza.

I absolutely love Master Pizza Carlstadt NJ! Their cracker crust is incredible, and the broccoli cheddar soup is just as delicious. I've never had a dish from their menu that I didn’t enjoy. The staff is incredibly friendly and always accommodating with special requests. I highly recommend Master Pizza Carlstadt NJ to everyone!

Ordered recently and the margherita pizza was excellent, with very fresh ingredients and a sauce that was just divine... probably the best I ever had! Will definitely be ordering again!
