The other day I got, Master Pizza West Orange, for lunch. I ordered their Chicken Alfredo, Pepperoni, Buffalo Chicken Slices. Their Buffalo slice was very dull in taste and doughy, and their Buffalo sauce is the predominant flavor. The Buffalo sauceoverwhelmed the chicken and other toppings. It could be blended a little better, imo. The Pepperoni slice had little to noflavor, and could barely taste the cheese. On the contrary though, their Chicken Alfredo slice was phenomenal! Not many placescan pull off a decent Alfredo slice, but they def did their thing! You can taste every bit of the chicken, broccoli, cheeses,and the Alfredo sauce! We recently moved to the area and decided to try Master Pizza out. We read the reviews but saw a lot of the reviews were related to delivery so we decided to do pick up and give them a chance. We ordered at 7pm and were told our order would be ready in 20mins. Our food wasn?t ready until 7:40pm. We didn?t mind though as long as the pizza was good. Unfortunately it wasn?t.Something was seriously wrong with the sauce. We couldn?t figure it out, but it was like nothing we?ve ever tasted before. Thisis one of the worst pizzas I?ve ever had.
While the pizza was satisfying, it was the exceptional customer service that prompted me to write this review. Midche took my order over the phone and provided outstanding service. I typically dislike ordering pizza over the phone, as I'm often met with rudeness and impatience. However, I can honestly say that in my more than 10 years of ordering food, Midche provided the best customer service I've experienced. Her kindness and warm energy shone through the phone, and everything turned out exactly as I requested!
This is a fantastic spot for pizza and subs. However, the dozen wings we ordered had a few that shouldn't really count towards the total. The salad was quite bland, but since I'm not a vegan, it didn't matter much to me. The deal of the day at $40 was an excellent choice for weekend football. You definitely have to give it a try!

I just moved to Essex County. This pizza is superior. I went to the West Orange shop and the employees are a colorful group and seem very fun. Their customer service was good, and the pizza is SUPERIOR! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
This review is mainly based on delivery. Do not tip delivery ahead of time as I called ahead for a designated delivery time and they were still really late. I suggest tipping at delivery to tip accordingly.
Fell off. Just bought a plain pizza and it did not have any Italian spices. How do you make pizza without oregano or basil? Get some cooks that understand Italian food.
I spent a day back in New Jersey and had the chance to enjoy some authentic Jersey pizza. It made me nostalgic for my hometown of West Orange.
