Incredibly disappointed. We’ve been doing take out to limit contact and every single time our order is wrong or missing stuff. Today we are left without sour cream and salsa for our quesadillas and our fish tacos modifications of no onions and no crema weren’t followed, so many onions! The lettuce was nearly all brown. Furthermore, my son’s chicken fingers are nearly burnt to a crisp, essentially not edible. So frustrating, something like this happens every time at the takeout counter. Think we’ll be looking to do takeout elsewhere from now on.

Usually love match factory but the last couple orders we've had had errors. Our order tonight had mistakes in what we asked for, the lettuce was off, and we ordered 3 chicken burgers of which one was maybe half the size of the other two. I want to love this place because their food is usually so good. The time to get our order was only 20 mins which seems really fast, maybe make it 23-25 mins to double check it. I still recommend match factory and will order again. These are fixable mistakes that could be just bad luck for us.

Called to put order in. Put on hold, forgot about me. Rude. Called back. Ordered. Came home. Wrong order and charged twice on debit card. Called back. Their answer..what do you want done, no apology or concern to accommodate. If this happened in a restaurant, they would be all over it with hospitality and service. Super crazy! Time to get new employee if you want repeat customer.

I enjoyed my Entre meal on Entre Night..a great value with free salad Dessert! The restaurant was clean, friendly, and service was good. The only thing that I did not like was that the menu was changed a few days before we went but it was not changed on the website, so a little disappointing to get there and could not order what we wanted. I've eaten here two or three times.Every time I swore I would never go back.The salads we're disgusting and made from expired produce, and the waitress sent us on a guilt trip even though we didn't complain, we just didn't eat it.The chicken wings were medium-rare.They had no pizza dough.Terrible experience.

Was in tonight , new waitress and she was amazing. Very customer friendly and was on top of everything. Did not wait in anything. Best service I’ve had there in a long time. Was only her second shift but will be back and for sure.

An excellent menu with plenty of choices and different kinds of options. Love how when ordering for in house or take out you can get food from either match factory or matchbox pizza.

We enjoyed a great meal there and our waitress was terrific! When we travel to Hampton again we will stop there again!
