Martiki Island bbq gives one of the best island bbq spots in the city. If you're looking for fine food, that's not your place. But if you want this clean family hole in the wall with great food, this is the place. Feels very family owned by the franchise feeling. The aroma of food resonates as you wait for your food. Didn't want too long even tho it was busy and the food was just delicious. She sits on the tail of a tiny stripe. Parking is good, and food is amazing. Definitely a big bang for the Buck.

Food was overpriced around $18 per plate) Bad quality Under cooked chicken 1 star for the customer service Honestly I don?t know what happened before this food was good . Never had a problem until now it went downhill. Not sure if it?s because there?s a new cook but please cook the chicken better. The beef was way too chewy too many stringy fats in the meat. Won?t be coming back ever again. The macaroni was the only good thing we ate deliciousness. 1 star for the Mac as well.

Love this joint. Used to come here all the time with the boys when I lived in garden grove. The people that work here are friendly and most importantly, the food tastes amazing. They give very generous portions and anytime I?m back in Cali, I make a trip down here to get this stuff. I typically order the beef plate because I feel there?s more meat than the rib plate. However, if it?s your first time here, the rib plate is mandatory.

We ordered #1 #2 Huge portion and worth the price #1 good but tons of fat. Which is given for beef ribs. Sauce was amazing #2 Mac salad needed some salt and paprika other than that I was bomb. Short ribs was on point, rice was good and sticky, just how I like it Dole whip float was good. Coconut shavings were perfect!

Parts of the steak were chewy and parts of the chicken were dry. But the tender parts...the tender parts were real tasty and delicious. Rice was great. My salad missing a tomato, yo. Next time I want to try their giant beef ribs.
