Matsuri is a sushi bar located in Cœur Defense huge building. At lunch time atmosphere is a busy but cozy. Decor is light, simple. You can eat rapidly. There is a wide selection of Japanese specialties.I like the concept proposed by Matsuri : I pick on the large conveyor belt fresh dishes prepared in front of me.Sometimes it's a bit pricey because I'm tempted to take off the train too many plates. I prefer miso soup, avocado maki, dorado sushi, shrimp tempura, crab gunkan, salmon sashimi, veggie gyoza, rice and also green tea cake.
