The product at Matisse Bread is fresh and tasty! The staff are lovely, welcoming and very uplifting and friendly. I love my weekly visit to purchase their pork Banh Mi which is the absolute best!

I eat banh mi at least 4 times a week and can say without a doubt this is the best banh mi I’ve had from all over Melbourne. Perfect bread, fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Omg, one of, if not the best crispy pork roll i've ever had. Fresh crusty roll. Lots of french inspired pastries on offer as well. Well worth a try!
