bought this mattress not more then six months old. there is a sag thats over 3 inches on one side. The claim was denied and one option i was given was to have simeobe come and see it for a 79 dollardeposit charge. Learned my lesson the hard way. would not recommend this firm to my worse enemy.
Fantastic service right from the get-go. I wasnt entirely certain what I was looking for but Matthew helped a ton, answering any questions I had about the differences between the mattresses and letting me figure out what it was I was looking for.
