Today the 24.7.15 we had to return to the doctors. because of the payout to the medical center. I had to wait for an hour until I was allowed to reach the reception. because there was only one. we talked to the polite and objective lady. immediately the dr. beautiful came and called my mother, she should talk in a normal tonne. then we answered, and also the mother at the reception that we speak in a normal tonnage. he ripped my mother, the payout for the bg, from the hand, and meant that they had stored in the computer. but these templates are wrong! because we need to use the pre-payment note from the aok! again willingly he has attached a stamp, as well as filled and signed. note from me: this took only half a minute, compared to the three minutes at the pc at the doctor helper! who had printed the wrong shape! this case confirms my first impression of 11.03.15 there was my job accident. I had to wait 4 1/2 hours, with a **** left eye, until I saw a doctor for a minute treatment time. for a recommendation to the eye doctor and a medical report! my opinion: this annoying center is incapable and not suitable for emergencies! please avoid it if you live important for them! . it is also chronically underoccupied, and or they do with each other and ignore customers! what is still in the action. then we went to the aok, complained.

very long waiting times for very short-linked doctors who for this purpose take a partly very arrogant attitude towards their patients. above all dr. christ arises: he does not hear, is unfriendly and treats pain patients like schoolchildren who want to dance lessons. absolutely no recommendation for this practice!
