We were a table of four who had purchased vouchers on a group on site. We tried booking 3 times, but were told that they did not have a liquor license yet, even though on the voucher it said to bring your own wine. Finally, they had their license and we booked only to find out that you could no longer bring your own wine and had to purchase it. Ordered pizza (very bland tasting and a soggy crust), meatballs (hard and tasted liked they had been previously frozen), dessert ( dry chocolate Ferro Rocher (so I was told) cake. Not fresh). Came out feeling ripped off. Will not be returning.
This has been one of you all-time favourite restaurants for about 7 years now. However, it was sold and the new owners allegedly did not do well. Well, the original owners are back with the same delicious good! We love to visit in the summer in the morning for breakfast or brunch and sit on the patio. Today, I had a buttery-tasting veggie omelet called The Tradizionale....with cheese, spinach, peppers, mushrooms and onions...Delish! The owner invited us back for Piri Piri chicken which we will do at some point this summer. Highly recommended!
We have been here a few times now and the food and service has been consistently very good. The woman serving us is always very friendly and pleasant. So far, we have only tried the breakfast. The food is very tasty and the prices are very reasonable. The service is fast from start to finish, without feeling rushed. The restaurant is conveniently located in a small shopping centre on St Charles Blvd in Kirkland, Quebec, just down the road from the Trans-Canada and not far from highway 20. Always a pleasure to eat here.
We hadn't been to this restaurant for 7 years and it had changed hands a number of times over the years. Decor is much improved from what it was - outside looks can be deceiving as the restaurant itself goes back a long way.Menu provides lots of options. We both had pizzas (vegetarian & rustica) - lots of toppings including masses of prosciutto.This is a bring your own restaurant which is a bonus. No $40+ bottles of wine. Reserva una mesa ahora
We were looking to try a new restaurant in the west Island and at the same celebrate my son's B-dayMy wife suggested Maurizio's we all agreedThe food was excellent we all enjoyed it the service was great my wife and I just found the fries a little under cooked we all had something different and it was YUM YUM all AROUND the table we will definitely be back :) we were there July 8 2017
I've wanted to try this place because they serve breakfast. We finally tried it thissummer. You certainly get value for your money. On our last visit a few weeks ago, Iordered eggs benedict for only about $10. You should see what was included with thismeal. The woman who usually serves us is amazing. The next time we visit, we will trysomething from their lunch or dinner menu.
Ate there last night with friends. The Minestrone was very tasty so was the Cesar salad.We had the Veal Parmigiana with Alfredo pastas and a pizza Nicoletta.Everything was delicious!The sauce was so delectable we bought a few jars!We recommend this place!The atmosphere is cosy and the food is succulent!BYOW makes it even better!
I went with a group of business acquaintances/ladies. We were greeted by a really nice woman who served as our waitress as well. Service was excellent, we had calmari as an entree and it was to die for, the best I've had in a long time. Food was great, everyone enjoyed their meal.
