My family has been going here for years. Be it birthday celebrations, informal catch ups, business meetings, it is a perfect venue. The staff is genuinely friendly. The food is the best in the area - and believe me we have tried ALLL the other cafes in the area. They are also open to constructive criticism, when in a rare occasion the poached egg is overcooked. But I do love their menu items and all the members of the family have their own favs. Generous, delicious servings everytime.
Went there for Mother's Day. Very accommodating with booking and suitable for wheelchair. Food was good but service was excellent. Food and drink orders were taken quickly and arrived just as quick. We were seated outside under cover and were very helpful in ensuring no one was cold. Definitely recommend for any family meal.
We had the vegetarian pizza and it was delicious.We were there on a Sunday night and ate inside the restaurant. Most of the patrons were dining outside.The coffee was good but the tiramisu didn't taste like you would expect. There wasn't much mascarpone cheese.I would recommend this place for a nice quiet meal.
Had dinner here whilst waiting for an arrival at Melbourne airport. Do yourself a favour and eat here great value awesome food and service. We were celebrating a special occasion for our daughter in law, there were 19 of us including 6 young children. The staff were outstanding, cheerful, efficient and helpful. The food was good, tasty Italian. We are from Sydney and were on an afternoon flight home. Ideal location for us.
Great, fast , friendly service. We were greeted and seated as soon as we got in even though they seemed fairly busy. Restaurant manager Adrian was very friendly, upbeat and seemed to be all over what was happening in the restaurant. Overall, great food and outstanding service.
Go to this restaurant every week for a girls catch up. They have lovely eggs with avocado and salsa. Their fruit toast is a large serving with mascarpone and butter. Good for breakfast, or lunch.The staff are very pleasant and the service is usually quick.

We absolutely love coming to Max's for dinner, I'm obsessed with the Spanish paella, we've been here for dinner multi times & for breakfast once, it is affordable & the staff are very friendly.. It's definitely recommend for a great meal.
