The best thing about this restaurant is the atmosphere, which is truly amazing. However, the cocktails here, which are supposed to be a highlight, are lacking in alcohol content, have a uniform taste regardless of the variety ordered, and are mostly ice (especially considering the high prices). Additionally, the waffle fry nachos I ordered were extremely bland and expensive at $17. Our waitress seemed unfriendly, as she never smiled from the moment she first approached our table to our final farewell.
Food was excellent except for some gristle in my hulu hulu ribs. Waiter was fabulous. Overall theme was fantastic. Cocktail selection was impressive (and mocktails) too! Didnt wait long for food despite it being very busy. There was a fat unpleasant couple in the corner from us that were disrespectful to the waiter but we tuned them out. I'd advise asking to be reseated if that happens to you. All in all, we will be going back.
The ambiance at this restaurant is incredibly unique, featuring authentic tiki art from a collector who opened the establishment. They were extremely accommodating in fulfilling a specific room request for our group. The food was enjoyable, but I deducted a star as the cocktails I tried all had a strong pineapple flavor. While this may be intentional, I personally found it difficult to fully enjoy the drinks.
This atmosphere here it top notch. It's a nice little escape in the city. I personally have enjoyed almost every thing I've tried there. There's a chicken wrap sandwich that's just so good. But I've also done the vegan noodle bowl and that was great as well. The drinks are so good. I pretty much always stick with the Tradewinds, so if you like coconut drinks, I would give that one a try

Very fun place, I had made a reservation a few weeks before and when we got there we ended up sitting next to the fish tank which was awesome. Drinks were very pretty and tasted great, food was great as well. All around good time.
One of the best places I've ever eaten! My bf and I went there last Sunday (I've been once before) and was totally blown away by the quality! Great atmosphere service too! 10/10! The curried veggies were absolutely fantastic!
Spring Rolls, Tacos and The Penicillin. Order those three and you will be in love. The vibe and the bartenders are chill and great drink selection and didn’t expect the food to be as good as it was. Will be back!
We visit Max's Hideaway every time we come to GR. It's the ultimate Tiki bar and so much fun walking around. The upper level gets missed, so make sure to do a walk through.
