I was shopping at Joondalup yesterday and as is usually the case, forgot about lunch till the hunger pangs started niggling around 2pm. I made a beeline for Maya Masala in the downstairs food court and was happy to find my old favourite, chicken kati roll on the menu.
It's usually about a 10 minute wait for this which is a good sign that it's freshly prepared. It's a giant of a meal, with spicy chicken, fried onions and capsicum wrapped in a massive roti paratha. It's always messy to eat, so I end up opening the kati roll and eating it with a knife and fork. I'm hopeless with these big rolled up concoctions and always make a mess of things!

Worst Indian food you can ever have. My wife and I had
thali with two naans on last Thursday, the naans were so hard to eat. Food was
disgusting. The staff was so rude. When I talked to give feedback, they didn’t
even respond properly, total waste of money…. Tjos was the third experience and
I will never visit them again…

Lo daría por debajo de 1 calificación .. !! En primer lugar, el servicio al cliente del hombre que está en el mostrador es muy snobish ... Él simplemente nos dio una sonrisa y una actitud con un "no me importa si compra" una especie de actitud. La comida cuando lo comimos, ni siquiera podíamos separar un pedazo de naan, ya que era tan gomoso y el pollo de mantequilla era tan dulce! ¡Podría probar el azúcar en él. Nunca he tenido pollo dulce de mantequilla en mi vida! Estaba tan decepcionado !! Espero que se cierren porque todos estaban juntos una experiencia horrible.

I would give it below 1 rating..!! Firstly the customer service from the man who is at the counter is very snobbish.. he just gave us a no smile and attitude with a " i don't care if you buy" sort of attitude. The food when we ate it, we could not even pull apart a piece of naan as it was so rubbery and the butter chicken was soo sweet!! I could taste the sugar in it.. I have never ever had sweet butter chicken in my life! Was so disappointed!! I hope they shut down cause they were all together a horrible experience.

Sí, también he comido en otras franquicias donde el servicio y la comida eran geniales, sin embargo, ¡! La misma situación conmigo, hambrienta y bien, el servicio fue patético. La chapado se parecía más a una pila de vaca. MY hijo ordenó al pollo Tandoori, que no solo estaba seco sino virtualmente ualtalatable. ¡Un servicio muy pobre, dirige bien despejados! Deben cerrar esta articulación. Cersonalmente, el curry de un frasco es mejor, lo que significa que podría cocinar un mejor curry en casa.
Yeah, I have eaten at other franchises too where the service and food was great However! same situation with me, starving and well the service was pathetic.The plating looked more like a cow pile.My son ordered tandoori chicken which was not only dry but virtually upalatable.Very poor service, steer well clear peeps! They should close this joint.Personally the curry out of a jar is better, meaning i could cook a better curry at home!
