Mazatlan Sherwood - Reserva de mesa

So today Sunday 7/3 I decided to visit mazatlan restaurant in sherwood. I was there at 100 o'clock. They sat, had the usual kondiments on the table (chips, salsa, and bohnentauchwasser.) I looked through the menu and decided on my favourite dish, that is chicken molecular. the food was delivered and here was my teller with one of the worst chicken molecular I ever had. if they want and like to eat dry old hard bun, then this is for them. but I like great soft fresh tasting chicken with a great molecular sauce and that was not the case. We placed an order online and part of the order was for cheese only enchiladas. Our family is vegetarian. My husband picked up the order, brought it home and the enchiladas have chicken in them. We called for help and were told there was nothing they could do, that orders placed through their online site, Dindin, as cheese only show chicken and that they don 't have the money yet so can 't refund us, that we have to go through Dindin directly. Now we have food we can 't eat and are out the cash, with the owner who answered the phone not caring at all. Do not recommend

HORRIBLE FOOD! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered through GrubHub which I have before and had no problems. Spent $50 on food it came within thirty mins of ordering but tasted really gross. It was inedible. I called the restaurant directly and they said what do you want us to do about it? It’s is Grubhubs problem. I said I would bring the food back I just wanted it remade. The girl gave me an attitude, didn’t apologize and told me it’s not her problem. I will never support this place and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Horrible way to treat a customer.

I have traveled the world in search of the perfect fajitas and found them in my own backyard. Mazatlan restaurant in Sherwood has a chef named Juan Garcia who has concocted an amazing blend of spicy sweet fajita salsa that he mixes into the sizzling ingredients that will blow your taste buds away. Family, community, helping, sharing, caring...those are a few things that come to mind when I think of Mazatlan in Sherwood. Recently, we held a little fundraiser and Mazatlan was so kind to help us in our food needs. Thank you very much for your kindness and support! I love their food! Exceptional people! Special thanks to Emy who worked with my teammate, Kevin to bring it all together.

I've been to several hundred Mexican restaurants and this place is definitely the best in Oregon that I've been to. You'll have a hard time finding Better quality and tasting Mexican food even in places closer to the border. On top of that the staff is so friendly and attentive. I'm so glad I was able to eat here at Mazatlan and I think you will be too.

Very quick service. I love that the chips come with salsa and refried beans. My kids don’t care too much for salsa, so the beans are a hit. They will also bring more if you ask. The food is consistent and of high quality. I always comeback here for Mexican food and it doesn’t disappoint. It can be busy because it’s a popular place in town.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The food did not taste good at all, and our waiter did not check in on us during our meal. When we spoke to the manager about our experience, he offered to take half off our bill but then added extra charges to the other dishes, resulting in us paying full price. We have been traveling through the South and Northwest for several months, and I have to say that the service here was excellent. The quality of the food was the best we've experienced at any Mexican restaurant during our trip, including those in Texas, Arizona, and other places.
