Mazzio's Italian Eatery

SO CAME IN FOR Tuesday night buffet. It was full but pizza was cold and salad bar was a joke but I came for pizza not salad. The few people that were dining pretty much finished off the pizza and when I asked if there was going to be more all I was told was I don't know, I will check 20 min later still no pizza on buffet . Not all is bad here delivery and pickup are pretty good but inside dining is not the priority of this particular store. The Mazzios on Shawnee has a much better buffet than this one on the West side. Pretty disappointing from a customer that buys A LOT of pizza from here but seldom eats in.

Wanted boned wings but they was out probably not their fault since many places not getting their products when ordered on food orders but I prefer boned wings over boneless chicken chunks I'm not a white meat chicken person and the boneless ones are more white meat they are dry and only flavor comes from sauce placed on them .The person at register was great and very friendly which is rear these days good to see good customer service these days . Only reason for 4 is pizza was cold and crust tasted a bit old by time I got it 4 miles away to hotel room in heated car and was not preordered before picking it up

After eating the pizza or calzone while it’s hot… My last few orders the sauce on the pizza has been horrible as if it makes me wanna throw up ? no more mazzios for me… also the pizza calzone was overloaded with sausage.

eating is good, but last time I called forward (about an hour and a half) to get to a certain time. it was not even put in the many times until I arrived there. a bit disappointed.

Best pizza in town! The employees are so friendly and nice! Eager to please!!
