I'm not sure what's happened to this place. I've been a long-time customer and have seen the quality decline. I understand its small business, and you guys wanna flip tables fast. But we got our apps, and then 1 minute later, our Ramen was put down too. Got the MB ramen. The pork belly was burnt, and the eggs were just regular hardboiled eggs, no marinade to them, just bland. I’ll not come here for any food item. The birria ramen was not what I expected. The meat was on the cooler side and did not break apart as any typical birria dish would. Noodles were undercooked, tomato felts like it was left outside on the counter to rewarm to room temp after being in the freezer and then served with hot food. It was overall disappointing. This place is awesome. The food is outstanding whenever I’m in town I’d make it a point to come and grab a bite the karaage chicken is delicious and a must try as well as their mb ramen dish. I’m a creature of habit and always order the same thing but I will make it a point the next time I go there to try other dishes. I enjoyed the hip hop, comic book hero-themed decor and delicious ramen at this restaurant. The vegetarian options were fantastic and I noticed a lot of takeout orders being picked up. It's a great spot for a date night and I definitely plan on coming back!
