Tuesday, 19 June 2018. Ordered by the terminal (it is difficult to do otherwise now) at 20:09. Order served at 20:51 hours, 42 minutes waiting. An unpleasant manager in the face of the client’s grievances said manager not hesitated to lift the voice with a disinvoluntary frustrating coarseness. And a room whose cleanliness lends much to discussion. Without further evokeing the state of the toilet... Less terminals in service would curl the flow of customers in the active queue. Instead, once the order is placed, the order is paid and you can only wait. A lack of organization, little respect for customers a bad experience tonight.
After choosing our menu at the terminal and choosing the "service à table" option we had to wait almost half an hour for the preparation of our order and go to serve us even to not miss our cinema session! In addition, our burgers were barely warm. The table service is slow and inefficient, the unpleasant staff is completely overwhelmed. From rarely seen at this point at McDo, it's a pity because it could be convenient for lunch between two movie sessions. We won't put our feet back!
TOTAL 30 April 2019 On 6 terminals to order otherwise non-friendly 3 did not work: 1st QUEUE.............................. The formation of the servers has not to integrate the smile, courtesy, efficiency, reception, speed! mistakes in the orders they were fighting between them! ! : 2nd QUEUE.......... Room too small. You have to eat on the tables outside that do not see the employees come clean so hygiene not top: INACCEPTABLE
35 minutes to get our order while there was no big world! The first time I see this in a fastfood. Cold Burger in the end. Dirty tables... MANAGER who doesn't manage his restaurant at all and stays at the back of the restaurant when we want to tell him about our discontent. Our little end was very hungry for the poor and we arrived after the beginning of our film. We'll never go back. To flee!!!!

RAS on restoration: it's a Mc Do, so we can't expect anything else. Whether we're amateur or not, we know why we're coming. On the other hand, 2 amazing points: 1) one third of the free HS terminals at the peak time, and thus a long waiting to order, 2) VOCID reflexes not compatible: 2 ordered salads but a single set of cutlery given... not really adapted to the current situation.
25 minutes for a drink and two burgers cheese. What has left us the time to observe the blazed staff and a remarkable injury. When we finally see our tray, we go ahead and there the boss asks us very dryly not to embarrass the passage... maybe the boss might be willing to deliver a service to the correct minimum before making such remarks to his customers?
All mac do looks like themselves and have the same products, which makes the difference those are the people who work there and in it they are unpleasant
Irrespective, mistakes in the order and in addition are bad times. You must apologize. To flee very long, I recommend you to go elsewhere.
