when we went to... several employees and no one else. management saw people say nothing when we came. a young lady was ringing on the phone when she answered an order complaining. a management search person went to help with the call. no greetings or asking how they could help us...as we thought the complaint was more important than new customers. we decided to leave food. when we got the young lady on the phone when we called out when we go if we were going if we were if we were on the phone. we said thank you for going on.

On a positive note, placing the order online was easy, and the guy at the counter was friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, I really wish more attention had been paid to completing my order accurately. Forgetting napkins or a straw is no big deal, but overlooking items that are essential to a complete meal is a significant letdown. The only reason this location gets 3 stars from me is because of the attendant at the counter, and I might give them another chance before deciding to rule them out entirely.

This is the second time I've eaten here, and it's the second time they've messed up my order. I ordered through the app, hoping they'd not mess up my order, but of course, it was wrong. The food is good, but it would be better if they could actually make it the way I ordered. All sandwiches were missing the pickle, and Mom's salad was missing the candied pecans. I asked for no honey mustard and added red onion, but my sandwich was covered in honey mustard and had no onions. #SSF

I attempted to place a take-out order for three people just 40 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, the manager, Natalie, was quite blunt and rude. I ultimately decided to cancel the order due to her attitude, and she seemed pleased with my decision. This was just for three people, mind you. I wouldn't recommend visiting if she's on duty. The soup was lukewarm, and the sandwich bread was so hard that I could only eat the meat. The service was terrible, likely due to being understaffed, though the restaurant itself was clean. I recommend skipping this location and going to the one on University in Sugar Land instead.

Absolutely delicious food! It's consistently fresh and ready for pickup every time I order takeout. I'm a huge fan of their McAllister Club Wrap and the Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad. Plus, their strawberry sweet tea is fantastic!

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning after having their chicken salad sandwich yesterday. It was the only meal I ate, and I was feeling unwell all night. Service: Dine-in.
