On Sunday afternoon I visited McAllister, as I walk in there was a server at the cash register. She gave this horrible look at me and my son, which we ignored. As we tried to place our order she kept cutting us off and would not allow us to finish until I said wait a minute give us time. I decided to ask for the manager to my surprise the manager immediately defending her. Not allow me to state my complaint, I stated that I believe that she is racist. The manager immediately defend her again saying she is not, which it was that she was. I will not be back at that location ever.
HAIR!!! SO GROSS AND THEY DIDNT REALLY CARE!!!! There was a short black curly hair on my plate!! I am blonde just so you know, as is my whole family. We had a 40 dollar meal and when I took the plate up and they got the manager and she didn 't even Apologized asked for the plate, I said they took it when I brought it up. Said we can remake it. I said no I won 't be able to eat it. Refund for sandwich only they half heartedly said sorry and gave attitude. It was disgusting and handled so poorly by management highly recommend going somewhere else.
Babbyyy... I tell you that the ultimate nachos were fantastic! But the best part of my experience was The district manager, Ms. Felicia. She was so accommodating in the tentative to my needs. She answered every question that I had and was very patient. She made my experience quite pleasant. I've been to this location before in the past but I will definitely come back again and plenty times after this because of her and her phenomenal customer service. Thank you Mrs. Felicia. I appreciate you boo ?
The restaurant is clean, inviting, and efficient. The food is fresh and expertly prepared. Chris, the shift manager at the counter, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the corporate decision to offer affordable kids' meals, making it a great option for families. Overall, this place is very kid-friendly with its budget-friendly menu.

I held leaving a review because I wasn’t going to let a couple of bad experiences color the whole thing but unfortunately I’ve now had five of them where the online order wasn’t up within 20 minutes of the ETA. They sadly seem unstaffed and unorganized at least half the times I’ve picked up from here.
I encountered a problem with DoorDash regarding a missing item. However, when I reached out, the issue with the missing queso was resolved promptly and I received fresh food along with a drink. This was impressive customer service and very efficient!
My wife and I have been to this McAlister probably a dozen times now on Sundays during lunch time. The manager is always friendly, working hard, and his staff respond with efficient service and food prepared as we'd expect.
If you enjoy poor customer service from Felicia (the manager) and food that is so poorly prepared for you that you'd think before serving your dog, this is the place for you. Every sandwich comes out soaking wet.

Sandwiches are very disgusting, soggy, with a sour smell and the bread is very old and kept falling apart. Do not waste your money here. Just go to subway.
