Im wondering what you all did to lose your GREAT, WELCOMING, PLEASANT staff. Ive not been in in almost 2 months and lets just say it has been an unpleasant experience. Usually when i walk in i know everyone will engage and make it a nice time to ordertil we leave the restaurant. The experience this time was awkward and i felt like i should of just left. She never asked me if iwanted to order she just stared at me until i ordered. Never told me a total and was never provided a receipt. When no onewelcomes you, 6 people are behind the counter starring at u not saying a word its just a weird situation. Id like to becontacted. If you could give me an email of the gm that would b great
When I walked up to the counter to order my food, one of the employees seemed to be available to take my order. She looked at me and then walked into the back. The other employee, a young woman with blonde hair, was forced to stop what she was doing and-rightfully so-was a little flustered as she came to kindly and respectfully help me. This has happened multiple times before--which is the only reason I'm leaving a review. The food is great, the environment is nice, but I just felt that was kind of rude. If you see a customer don't just ignore them, I see the poor young lady who helped me here all the time and she's constantly having to bust her butt. Lucky to have her!
For my "Choose 2" option, I selected half a Spud (which turned out to be a whole baked potato) and a half chicken pecan berry salad. Both were excellent and arrived fresh. I was a bit disappointed that they only provided one small piece of butter, but it wasn't significant enough to affect my rating. I usually have a great experience at this location, so I’m not concerned. The salad was fresh, and the chicken was flavorful. The baked potato came warm and was a nice size. All my special requests for the salad were met perfectly.
My Mom 's favorite! Mom is 93, lives in Cincinnati. I am in Florida, so order delivery for a treat. They always get the order right, on time, and well packaged. This is her favorite place. When I ask, she answers, anything, from McAlisters! . The chicken salad croissant and fruit always makes her day.

I had my first visit to this restaurant and was pleased to find the staff friendly and accommodating. While the prices were a bit higher than I anticipated, it appears this is standard for restaurants in Anderson Township. Overall, I would suggest checking it out if you're nearby.
The Anderson location is always good. We order our food off the app and pick it up it's always ready to go when we get there and the food is always good when we get it home. Maybe a little pricey but that's the price you pay for convenience
Food is great, especially the Spuds. A little on the pricey side however you pay for the experience. It’s a chill atmosphere, and the workers are quick to get your order out to you. Definitely one of our favorites.
Sandwiches are great, sides are great, everything I've had here is great. But when I ask for extra pickle spears and don't get any at all, that's a little annoying.Food: 5/5

King club wow big fresh and awesome! Chicken salad was so good and also fresh , carrot cake amazing , fresh and ice tea always the best !!!
Love the food it’s always good and always fresh! Also the staff always goes above and beyond to make me happy! Can’t brag enough!
