Mcalister's Deli - Reservar una mesa

Okay, I'll admit I'm so confused by this establishment. Upon entering at 1030am, you would be led to believe that this place has absolutely given up. At 1030am, they are just opening their doors for the start of the day, so why are the floors dirty and the bathrooms absolutely disgusting. When I say disgusting I mean I've been in gas station bathrooms cleaner than theirs. The only conclusion I can come to is that they put all their energy into food prep and awesomeness because the cashier is definitely a part of the living dead (Zero energy and hospitality). The food is 4.5 stars. The service was ok. We were there at 7pm on a Thursday. My first thought was...where are all the adults? The place was run by Generation Z's. The girl who took our order was face timing her friend behind the register after she took our order. Other than that they did a decent job but it would have been nice to see a manager running the show.

Normally, I wouldn't even think about eating lunch on a patio during mid August in Arkansas, but when the heat and humidity decide to give you a little break... you got to seize the moment. The patio at McAlister's was very pleasant and being outside added to our overall experience. Good food and friendly service.

Every time I order something is wrong. This time wrong dressing for my salad, spud in the same container with the salad so the salad is warm. It’s the only one in North Little Rock so nothing can really be done. From now on just check your stuff in the store to make sure it’s right before leaving.

They are a bit pricey- $10 for a medium sized chicken ceasar salad, but it was really good. No complaints. They even have actual salt and pepper grinders. And to boot, I got to listen to Milli Vanilli while enjoying my meal! Blame it on the rain yeah yeah!

My family ate lunch here today. We interreacted with 4 different employees and they were all SO kind and helpful. Best customer service we have had in a long time!

I bought a gallon of their supposedly famous ice tea to go and that's what i got. Buyer beware, their gallon size is not a gallon!

Came miles to enjoy McAlister tea. Only site tea was poor. Weak no flavor
