The food here is excellent, and I have no complaints about its quality. However, the service could use improvement. The staff members who interacted with customers appeared quite confused. They had difficulties operating the register and struggled to pronounce the dishes correctly, which should be an easy fix. It’s not ideal to have someone at the register who isn’t familiar with its operation. Additionally, my sandwich was missing some ingredients, and my mother received modifications that she hadn’t requested. Despite these issues, the food remained delicious.
I visited on Saturday morning around 10:30 for a French dip sandwich, which is usually quite good. I always request no pickles, but today I found some on my sandwich. Additionally, I noticed that the prices have increased. To make matters worse, my sandwich was served on stale bread that was nearly impossible to eat, even after trying to soften it in the au jus. If you're going to raise your prices, you need to enhance the quality. I don't think I'll be returning.
I usually get the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich, along with potato salad and mac and cheese from this restaurant. The food is consistently fresh, and the delivery is quick. The prices are quite reasonable compared to what you would pay in-store.
I truly enjoy dining at this restaurant! You can be sure that you'll leave feeling fully satisfied, and the sandwiches are extremely delicious! The staff is consistently polite and attentive. I'm really happy we chose to give this place a chance.

I'm not sure who is preparing the sandwiches today, but I've never received a club sandwich that was served untoasted, had fingerprints on it, and wasn't cut in the traditional club style. This is a total miss when it comes to presentation.
The chicken salad did not resemble the photo at all; if there were grapes and pecans, they were completely mixed into the salad. The fruit side dish was lacking, featuring only unripe honeydew melon and a few pieces of pineapple.
The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the service is exceptional. Gigi is especially attentive to all the guests, regularly checking in and offering refills. This is undoubtedly the best McAlister's!
I visited this restaurant for the first time and found it very convenient. The service was outstanding, and the food went above and beyond my expectations.
