Love me some McAllisters! Fantastic food, great business model.But: This is a great reinforcement of why I will NEVER get on board tipping at a fast food restaurant. Lack of hardwork in kitchen, lack or organization or communication from order to kitchen.I think it 's funny, how I 've got to press 6 buttons asking for a tip before they even make my order. I usually really enjoy this place, but today was different. We placed a large food order for work, and unfortunately, my potato soup was spoiled—it was sour and curdled. When I called to address the issue, I spoke with Jeff, who thanked me for my feedback and simply wished me a good day. He didn't offer any resolution, like a replacement soup or anything to make it right. Because of this experience, we won't be placing our group orders there anymore.
I had to write this location review because the Customer Service is amazing. Specifically there GM Joann super helpful. I actually came because I’m obsessed with her mini chocolate chip cookies, which taste amazing and are perfectly Chewy and soft. But they don’t offer them in a bag of 13 anymore but Joanne was nice enough to make a custom bag for us. That’s amazing Customer Service and again these cookies are amazing.

Zamaya was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing recommendations not only to me but also to another guest who arrived after me. I ordered a sandwich on gluten-free bread, and it was delicious! The presentation was excellent, and the portion size was generous. If you have dietary restrictions, they offer fantastic gluten-free bread.

The restaurant was poorly maintained, the staff were unwelcoming, the food took an unusually long time to arrive, and the side of fruit I received was moldy.

Horrible wait Sandwich which and soup were not on par and were quite small portions. McAllisters has declined. Sad.
The chicken dumpling soup is absolutely disgusting. Mushy and plain. It was so gross!
