this is my typical go-to lunch spot and i really enjoy my food! I went there today and the girl at the register was really nice and gave me a great suggestion when I asked her opinion. however, every time i am here, while i wait for my to- go order there?s a man in the kitchen that waves at me which is nice but he then stares and smiles at me the entire time i wait which creeps me out. most of the time i try to order on my app ahead of time to avoid that, but this location is never available for mobile ordering. i also ordered a half chicken caesar salad and got a chicken caesar wrap instead so i was kind of bummed because i was excited for my salad!! :

I used to love this restaurant, but it seems that there is a new manager now and the service has gone downhill. The dine-in soup is now served in a takeout container that is only half full, which is not what we are paying for. The other day, they brought out a small portion of soup as an apology for not having regular bowls available. Today, the staff claimed that they were using takeout containers instead of bowls because of Covid, yet my sandwich was served on a plate. Overall, the restaurant is not the same as it used to be under the previous management. I miss the old days when my friends and I would enjoy our lunches here.

I have found my new favorite spot in Des Moines. I tried the Veggie sandwich which was 10 inches of pure deliciousness. The mix of colorful veggies made it even better. I also got a side of Mac and Cheese which was extremely creamy. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for vegan and vegetarian options. And can you believe I only spent $8? Sorry Subway, but this place is definitely worth a visit. Don't forget to try the sweet tea, it's perfect.

I used to come here all the time and thought I 'd try it again since I was in the area. I ordered online and opted for curbside pickup and when I selected I 'm here nobody came out. I went inside and found my food in the pickup area but they left out my sides and drinks so I had to ask for them. It normally wouldn 't bother me but since I used to eat here semi-regularly and know it used to be better I 'm kind of disappointed. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered the veggie chili and veggie sandwich as a wrap and asked to leave the mayo. the server gave me a big grin and said she could veganize it for me. this is a vegetarian and vegan friendly place. when ordering I was simply accommodated and when ordering it is always correct (in contrast to some other restaurants). Among the options are salads, baked kartoffel, chili and a sandwich. great service.

The sandwiches and potatoes on the menu at this place look amazing. Unfortunately, our experience was that they were just okay in terms of taste and appearance. The staff was somewhat friendly, but the dining area and bathrooms could use some cleaning. If we try this franchise again, we will likely go to a different location.

I used to love this place. Visited here tonight. No customers here at all which is unheard of. Staff looked disinterested and wanted to joke around instead of doing their job. To go order missing food. Mac N Cheese container was a tiny scoop. See pic. Very disappointed. Reserva una mesa ahora

Staff has had its ups and downs over the past year. The food, however is always fresh and tasty! Any issue?s I had with an order we?re addressed quickly and efficiently! Environment is clean and welcoming!

Great sandwiches and soup. Have never had any bad food here and is definitely a great place for really good food and a chill atmosphere.
