I must've picked the worst selection in the Brunch menu, I selected the Zucchini and Corn fritters for $17, I was shocked when a small plate containing two tiny flat burnt on the bottom pancake type fritters, that had obviously been warmed up in the microwave, and not freshly cooked. Topped with a small amount of wilted spinach and some sort of tomato salsa. My meal was barely warm, and not hot, so I was left completely unimpressed, and tempted to send it back. I have been to this cafe several times, but in the last few occasions have found the food to be very expensive for the portion sizes offered, and the food has definitely gone down a few notches in standard. I get better value and qual...

Food is to a high standard. Small menu. Lemonade scone/jam/cream and Tea or coffee around $7. Menu changes regularly. -seasonally. Best to book ahead if eating for lunch. No booking needed usually if morning or afternoon tea. 3 Galleries well worth a look after your visit to cafe... Bring walking shoes and explore the park. Plenty of sculptures to see. May take two visits to see it all. You can picnic in the grounds with family and friends. If a keen artist you can join and participate in classes or visit for demonstrations held monthly first Sat at the McClelland Artists Guild building at rear.. Other clubs exist for gemstone, talc carving, wood turning.

The park is fantastic and well worth a visit. We often visit as we live locally. However, the cafe just goes from bad to worse. It's fine if you want fancy finger food at high prices or you think of yourself as a foodie. If you come with your children though there's not a chance you can find something within a normal budget here, especially if you're vegetarian. Ham and cheese toast or is the single item on the menu. Why not have the pretentious, arty menu available in a 'restaurant' style part of the room and a sensible part with a normal cafe menu elsewhere? In future we will drive to the local garden centre for lunch after our visit.

A very busy cafe on the weekends, basic interiors but the star is really the views of the parks, gardens and lake. Had the Pumpkin lasagne, Garlic and Ginger prawns with soba noodle salad, and the Corned beef baguette at our table - and there were zero complaints. We always come in the afternoon for the $7 coffee and scone deal - delicious! There's no table service, the room can get noisy with its concrete floors and plastic chairs and tables and not an extensive selection of food - but everything we have tried here has been great. They make a really good coffee too, and young staff are efficient and friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went with a friend to look at the sculptures. We decided to have lunch first. What a pleasant surprise. Good food & not too many choices, that it takes ages to decide. Delightful outlook from the cafe. Staff very pleasant & friendly. After viewing the sculptures we went back to the cafe for a cuppa. Tea leaves not a tea bag! Great. The jam that came with the scone, which was a nice size & not a monster, was packed with fruit. Delicious all round. Well worth the visit. Oh and the sculptures are great too!

Had lunch at the Gallery today-we do meet here regularly -food was as usual very good. service was good but I was disappointed that now we have to order and pay at the counter-I daresay they have their reasons for doing that. but every thing outweighs that disappointment-we always stay quite a while and we are never pressured to leave.-Always busy and it's wise to book.

We had a good experience overall thanks to the beautiful park - we sat in the outdoor area with our baby on a sunny afternoon. There were a few vegetarian options to choose from. The food we had was simple and tasty. We were there more for the Sculpture Park and only wanted to grab a quick bite first, so it fir the bill.

Met up with some friends for lunch here. The interior of the eating area really isn't inviting as its stark but the views are lovely. We all ordered the Pork Belly and it was a very small serve for the price but very tasty. Staff were friendly and the area was clean. Reserva una mesa ahora

Casual Sunday lunch to celebrate my 60th with 22 friends & family went off without a hitch thanks to great staff & varied menu to suit all tastes. Every one loved the food & the champagne went down well also.
