I placed an order through the mobile app and chose to pick it up inside the restaurant. However, the employee ended up charging me twice—once using the card linked to the app and again with a different credit card, claiming that the app-linked card hadn't worked. I asked to speak with the manager and requested a refund. When he arrived, he was extremely rude, yelling at me and being completely disrespectful and verbally aggressive. I felt like I should have called the police. I did not receive the refund and will be disputing the transaction with my bank.
Wouldn’t even give a star. They should give the over night manager Wendy a raise because literally she runs that store alone with the dumbest crew. If they can’t give out proper change when the register calculates for you then why even hire them? That poor lady is always cleaning up after everyone in the dead of the night. Please hire better people who maybe have passed basic math in elementary school and doesn’t argue with customers about it furthering the point that they are indeed under qualified for a job at McDonald’s
I haven't eaten breakfast so I said to myself let have a big breakfast with hot cakes and coffee. Wasn't that good. Looks like was made a head of time. Potato hash brown was hard like a stone and dark color. When I asked for new one she said the all like that because how they cooked. I left it with her. I'm not going to eat that. I would never go there. That was very bad experience for me.
Terrible experience! We found a hair in our food, and when we brought it to the manager's attention, they were rude in their response.

Please don’t say you open 24/7 when after midnight you only offering fries and Coke
The staff is extremely friendly, and the cleanliness of the place is impressive.
