I was at KFC last week and I saw exactly the same thing as the trash. I want to say that we should be a little more understanding, knowing that the McDonald's has 70% of 16-year-olds, to whom we can make money. If you want to be served by servers that will take care of you and give you clean tables, you can head to a restaurant. On the other hand, I don't think your children will be satisfied at McDonald's. Another thing, the urine in the toilet and the trash cans are not the shame of the restaurant, but rather that of the customers.

Cold fries, mistake in my order, kids screaming without parents saying anything. A good point, however, on staff reactivity and kindness.
11:30 very few customers and more than 10min waiting to have our meal... Otherwise smiley and pleasant staff. Clean restaurant.
