Dropped into this McDonald's as my twin brother Stephen and I were wandering around the wonderful Friedrichstraße for a quick burger . It's your typical McDonald's, nice interior with lots of seating options, we were here on a Sunday afternoon, service was slow,only one server...,second server eventually turned up which speeded it up a bit,we got a double cheeseburgers, fries and a cola ,burger was tasty,fries superb and cola iced cold ,it was just what we needed to set us up for the afternoon ahead. You come to order at the machine for a mc Sunday, after the order the waitress tell you they don't have mc Sunday (did you already saw a McDonald's without mac Sunday?? After already payed you said so can we change it for a coke...and she said no just a hamburger! WtF if you ask for something with sugar you don't want something like a hamburger! In despite of that the waitress have just really bad mood and don't care about you! So really go eat somewhere else in the city, this restaurant don't deserve the name of McDonald's ! Just really bad one! The worst McDonald's in the world!
Just dropped in to grab an ice cream, but the machine was not working properly. After waiting minutes for it to work, I politely asked if we could exchange it for something else. Their answer was that it works, but slowly. I didn't accept...the ice cream and their answer was: what do you want Dirty place, nasty staff. The world's worst McDonald's.

Arrived at the restaurant almost after hours. Cash register didn't work properly after closing time reset, my order didn't come up on it. However after some twos and threes and intervention by several collegues I managed to carry off a tote with a burger and...some fries, all good. Nice people.
They have pancakes for less than a euro and you can get powdered sugar on them. They bring the food to your table. I was well treated, so I dropped by several times. I was surprised how good this Mcdonalds was. It is under the...train overpass.
Not to offend anyone, but I have to ask the question: WHY? It´s everywhere, you get your meals on the minute...I get that. But it´s not that cheap, it´s not even good, and did you see the alternatives - just around the corner?
I had chicken nuggets and double cheaseburger here. Chicken nuggets had strange not pleasent taste, worst nuggets ever! Double chease burger looked like it was made days ago and kept on the shelf, burger meat was dry.

Stopped in here to get a cold coke and was able to exchange dollars to euros. Great rate as always, Mcdonalds is the play to make a small exchange while in Germany.
the menu is different then London but the food was well cooked and the staff where polite. enjoyable experience with great views of berlin
