If I could rate this restaurant with 0, I would. I've never checked a place before, but my experience here had me with the blatant unprofessionalism. Let me start first by saying I am a manager in a popular food restaurant itself. My family and I stopped here to use the bathroom and take some food before I went back to North Virginia. There was a customer in front of me and they had already placed their order and they waited for it. The female manager and the crew person who worked on the second window recognized me, even though they made both eye contact with me. The manager was on her phone text and then took a phone call on it while casual luggage drive thru orders. She had no face mask....
Determined to find an alternative, I first went to Hardee's, where I was made to wait 15 minutes while they contacted a distant manager who simply told me to come back next week. Then, at Burger King, I got the same "come back later" response. Frustrated and tired of wasting both time and gas, I finally decided to do what I should have from the start: I drove to the nearest McDonald's on Willis Road. The manager greeted me with a smile and handed me the bags I needed without any hassle or need to contact headquarters. Thank you, McDonald's—that was a kind gesture.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I spent 15 minutes waiting in line and ordered through the app for drive-thru pickup. When I finally received my food, it was completely incorrect! I called to complain, explaining that I couldn’t come back because I had a meeting, but I would save the food and return it after. They didn’t agree with that solution. So, I ended up throwing away $15 because I didn’t eat the food at all! What a waste! I'm really upset and I won’t be going back. The staff, especially the manager I spoke to on the phone, was very rude.
New building, double the windows to order , triple the wait on line in the drive through .. Not the first time 17+ min wait. I watched my food get handed to another customer in the drive through extended stay line , before actually getting it in time for flu season.. if I went to cliffwood McDonald 's, I get my food handed to me by a person with open sores on their face .. If I cry to corporate , I get coupons to increase my exposure. As I write this I notice the fingerprints on the inside of the dome of my pancakes.

This was by far the quickest McDonald's I’ve ever been to. I ordered six meals, and my order was ready and handed over in just two minutes. Everything was hot, and although the fries could have used a little more salt, everything tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the restaurant was spotless with well-kept restrooms. Great job to the entire team!
I visit this place every day for coffee before work, but the coffee is never consistent; it always tastes different from the last time. The sweet tea resembles clear brown water, and the food is hit or miss—it can be good, but sometimes it falls short.
Food was fine. The cashier didn't smile, didn't make eye contact and didn't speak to me or acknowledge me other than taking my order. Even when I pleasantly said thank you, I received no response. She acted like she hated her job and customers.
my experience is great. all the workers are very courteous and polite. I reccomend that you drop in for a bite. all is freshly made and ready for you to enjoy.

Yesterday evening also pick up dinner. It was fast and our order was perfect. Good work McDonald's
